ServiceNow Platform Architect

For one of our customers in Anderlect, Fujitsu i looking for a ServiceNow platform Architect

Start: ASAP
1st PO until the end of the year
Languages: FR or/and NL + UK
Remote: 2days/week

Your role as member of the ServiceNow team:
• Understand the customer environment for the Business processes and IT processes
• Work with the customers (Business and IT stakeholders) to understand their
requirements and needs (Stated and Unstated/Hygiene)
• Brainstorm with the customer and bring out the requirements beneficial to them
considering the following:
• the current needs and roadmap of the customer Business and IT and
• the current capabilities and roadmap (to the published level) of the ServiceNow platform
• Be responsible for the design and architecture for the new implementation and
development of ServiceNow applications - as suitable to the business and IT based on
the baseline requirements
• Be responsible for the design and architecture for Maintenance and enhancement of
existing ServiceNow applications
• Consider the Security and Audit compliance as aligned with the agreed
standards/customer policy
• Provide guidance and thought-leadership in ServiceNow platform to customers
(Business and IT)
• Share Best Practices and guidance to the technical teams as a mentor
• Provide guidance to the implementation methodology and testing methodology.
• Proficiency with multiple of mentioned ServiceNow components: ITSM, SPM, CMDB +
CSDM, SecOps, HR SD, SAM, HAM, ITAM, GRC, ITOM

Deliverables
• Maintaining the Development guidelines to standardize developments
• Generate architectural documentation on the different ServiceNow scopes and/or
processes
• Provide Quality Review feedback to the team
• Prepare and lead architectural board meetings and deliverables
• Ensure the completeness of the platform documentation, including usage of Archimate
modelling

Requirements
Technical Competency
• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level
configurations
• Experienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area and
one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments,
• Experience on integration with other third party tools
• Experience on ITSM migration / consolidations
• Strong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance,
Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team
• Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional
requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient
detail to be accurately estimated.
• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations
and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards
• Maintains and reviews license Data in ServiceNow and proactively report on the
compliance slippage.
• Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation
Specialist and ITIL V3 foundation
• Liaison with ServiceNow Representatives
• Good knowledge of English, both orally as in writing and one of: Dutch or French (both is
an asset)
• Ability to work onsite in Brussels (part of the time)

Behavioral competency
• Handles customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for customer
• Strong abilities to manage conflicts that may arise with customers
• Excellent communication in orchestrating customer requirements/needs, solutions,
customer responsibilities, risks, challenges and impacts
• Works in Team with other Enterprise, Solution & Data architects to define appropriate
solution

Good-to-Have
• Evaluate the tool stability and performance and provide recommendations
• Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and
retrospectives).
• Review and do proactively analyze and resolve application issues as needed.
• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment
and infrastructure maintenance
• TOGAF or any equivalent certification preferred
