Lead Consultant for redesign IT & HR Service Portal

• Designing solution and approach as part of their overall organizational strategy
• Guiding customer on User Experience improvements

Lead Architect

• Architecture design of Lifecycle Events
• Architecture design of custom applications
• Quality check and guiding the development team on architecture and technical implementation.
