For our customer Stib, we are looking for a ServiceNow CSDM Expert
We are seeking an experienced consultant to provide technical support and expertise in the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM v4.0) on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical expertise to design, configure, and deploy the CSDM framework in ServiceNow.
Analyze and assess existing IT service management processes to align with CSDM.
Design and implement solutions using CSDM to enhance service efficiency and quality.
Develop and execute use cases to validate the implementation of the CSDM model.
Identify and propose continuous improvement measures to optimize CSDM utilization.

CMDB specialization
IT organization operating models
IT Service Catalog implementation
ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Enterprise architecture with ServiceNow
Languages:
Dutch or French (native or bilingual proficiency)
English (professional working proficiency)
Desired Qualifications
Certification in ITIL (indicate level)
Proven experience in implementing IT Business Service Catalogs
Hands-on experience implementing the CSDM model in ServiceNow to support IT services
Availability to work on-site two to three times a week
