Mission context
As Tribe CRM Individuals & Master Data (CRM-I & MDM) our objective is to deliver the best personalized, trusted, compliant and frictionless interactions during all moments of the customer lifecycle. The Tribe’s responsibilities include customer lifecycle management, sales and servicing enablement through CRM tooling, safeguarding master data quality and related consent and enabling transversal banking products.

As Data Engineer you will be a key contributor in preparing and making data available in a safe and secure manner, for multiple uses by Businesses and Functions, and for multiple purposes – campaigns, reports, analyses and/or applications. It contributes to significant productivity improvements for all the Businesses and Functions that consume or use data. You will be active in the domain of CRM, where the availability of the right data is essential to perform successful marketing campaigns and to be able to have meaningful discussions with customers.

You will be part of the squad CRM Data Solutions which have the following mission :
  • Management & evolution of:
    • A datawarehouse for CRM, Analytics & BI
    • A campaign orchestration tool (Adobe Campaign Classic)
  • Make sure data is available and usable in the Marketing Data Warehouse (MDWH) and Adobe Campaign
  • Monitor data integration and transformation
  • Ensure Functional & Technical support to our internal clients on MDWH, CRM analytical platform and Adobe Campaign
Your main objectives are:
Data Warehouse :
  • To collect business requirements through various requirements techniques
  • To translate them into an efficient Data solution by designing data flows, data models and data stores/data sets, mapping rules, access mechanisms, …
  • To analyse the best “golden” sources of data and define the business and technical rules on how to integrate them
  • To prototype the solution in order to support the business validation
  • To design and develop the “logical” and “physical” data models and data stores, and to industrialise the feeding and deliveries from the integrated data stores (datawarehouse, datamarts, data sets)… 
  • To streamline these data pipelines across the enterprise, for maximum usage throughout the company or business/function
Campaign orchestration:
  • To collect business requirements through various requirements techniques
  • To translate them into requirements for the Adobe developer
  • Monitor the data loading in Adobe and propose improvements
  • To analyse and improve campaign workflows
  • Support business in the process of launching campaigns (workflow, content creation, follow-up of deliveries,… )
  • You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering.
  • Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply).
Mandatory skills
  • Knowledge of SQL programming language
  • Data modeling (Powerdesigner, another accepted standard tool)
  • Knowledge of standard Reporting / Dashboard tools: BO, SAS, Tableau, ..
  • Requirements management: capable of capturing, describing and managing functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Functional analysis: capable of documenting systems functionalities
  • Knowledge/awareness of DATA, SECURITY and IT architecture concepts
  • Experience in creating/or optimizing workflows and data model in Adobe Campaign classic

Preferable : 
  • Hands-on experience with the Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Agile Central…)
