Profile
- At least 5 years of experience with COBOL
- Developing, testing, and maintaining applications written in COBOL (both batch and online)
- Strong analytical skills, independent, and solution-oriented
- Collaborating with functional analysts and end users to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in production environments
- Documenting technical designs and changes
Competencies
- Experience with mainframe environments (CICS, JCL, DB2)
- Familiarity with tools such as IDZ and VSAM
- Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
- Strong analytical skills, independent, and solution-oriented
