To strengthen the ICT team, we are currently looking for an ITSM Implementation Project Manager.

Position:
As an ITSM Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully setting up, improving, and implementing IT Service Management processes within the ICT organization. You will lead the ITSM project from start to delivery and act as a link between IVT, the business, and external suppliers. You will ensure that processes align with strategic objectives and best practices such as ITIL.

Result areas and tasks:
  • You will lead and coordinate the ITSM project.
  • You will implement and optimize ITSM processes according to ITIL guidelines.
  • You will prepare the project proposal together with internal stakeholders. This project proposal describes the expected scope, approach, budget, schedule, and risks. Once a project proposal is approved, you will refine the project definition. You will then develop the project plan, which includes all tasks to ensure the project's successful completion.

  • You will communicate intensively with the project team, any external partners, and project promoters. You will report on the progress of your projects to the Project Management Office and other stakeholders. You will supervise the implementation of the ITSM tool.
  • In consultation with the analyst, you will identify the customer needs specific to the project.
  • You will be responsible for the daily management of the ITSM project. You will maintain project schedules and prepare the required project lifecycle documents.
  • Knowledge and experience:
  • Experience as a project manager for ITSM implementation.
  • Experience with setting up ITSM tools and establishing service processes within ITSM tools.
  • Project management and methodologies, including Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ITILv3 (incident management, asset management, service catalog, etc.).
