Result areas and tasks:
- You will lead and coordinate the ITSM project.
- You will implement and optimize ITSM processes according to ITIL guidelines.
- You will prepare the project proposal together with internal stakeholders. This project proposal describes the expected scope, approach, budget, schedule, and risks. Once a project proposal is approved, you will refine the project definition. You will then develop the project plan, which includes all tasks to ensure the project's successful completion.

- In consultation with the analyst, you will identify the customer needs specific to the project.
- You will be responsible for the daily management of the ITSM project. You will maintain project schedules and prepare the required project lifecycle documents.
- Knowledge and experience:
- Experience as a project manager for ITSM implementation.
- Experience with setting up ITSM tools and establishing service processes within ITSM tools.
- Project management and methodologies, including Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable knowledge of ITILv3 (incident management, asset management, service catalog, etc.).
- Behavioral competencies:
- You communicate fluently and can easily convey findings and analyses, both verbally and in writing.
