Mission Context:

Are you interested in contributing to the shift towards a more sustainable world? The Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is dedicated to offering investment products distributed by the Bank. We develop and maintain end-to-end solutions for the Bank's clients in this area. With 13 squads organized into 3 Clusters and 3 transversal entities, we work together to implement our ambitions. Currently, the tribe is focusing on accelerating the digitalization of the investment offer, enhancing product accessibility for customers, and implementing crucial regulatory projects.

Function Description:

As a Process Engineer/Business Analyst, you will actively engage in reflection and ideation phases in collaboration with Business and IT partners. Your primary goal is to ensure that chosen solutions align with customer and employee needs, adhere to the Bank's strategy, and meet operational efficiency objectives (simplicity, lean principles, etc.) and risk management standards. Your responsibilities include:

  • Integration into the Referential squad and close collaboration with squad members and PO.
  • Management of transversal stakeholders.
  • Understanding and documentation of current processes and tools.
  • Leadership in workshops to define target flows.
  • Documentation and communication of target flows and processes.
  • Support during business and user testing, and assistance with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) organization.
  • Development and execution of change management plans.
  • Risk, quality, and issue management.
  • Performance of BAU tasks (Maintaining process notes, User Support, etc.).

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch & French: Strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
  • English: Main language spoken in the team with strong written and spoken communication skills.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business sciences or equivalent business experience.


  • Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended).

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience covering business analysis and securities handling.

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

  • Experience with (agile) project management.
  • Business analysis experience and conversion of ideation into features.

Technical Experience (Preferable):

  • Business experience.

Mandatory Business Experience:

  • Experience in leading workshops.
  • Experience in Securities Handling.
  • Experience in Retail and Private Banking.

Preferable Business Experience:

  • BPMN knowledge.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong collaborative/teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of investment banking.
  • Ability to develop and adapt processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and a team player.
  • Analytical, meticulous, with attention to detail, and focused on achieving concrete results.
  • Experience in process and/or project work.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing stakeholders at different levels.
