Portfolio Management Officer (PMO)

We are looking for a Project Management Officer, to handle the following tasks:
• Analysis of project artefacts and application of quality assurance defined within PMO at different projects stages:
  o Kick-off: including project charter, business cases, benefits, plan, budget, etc.
  o Project progress: change requests, actuals, scope creep, risks, issues, etc. 
  o Closing: sign-off, closing documents
• Ensuring that all the audit trails and deliverables required by the procedures are well in place
• Analysis, quality assurance and reporting to management at PMO portfolio level
• End user support and onboarding of project managers on PMO tools and methodologies
• Requirement gathering from project managers and impact analysis on current PMO processes when appropriate
• Enhancements of operational processes and suggest system improvements in PMO processes from Demand Management to project execution and closing
• Perform testing of PMO tools and underlying components
• Log bugs and review them with the technical teams
• Maintenance of PMO procedures, document templates, training materials, and FAQs
 
The PM Officer must demonstrate knowledge in:
• IT Portfolio Management Office
• IT Project Management methodologies (PM2, PMP, Prince2 or Agile) is mandatory
• Knowledge in Benefit Management is an advantage
• MS Project Professional and MS Project Server are mandatory
• MS SharePoint 2019 or MS SharePoint Online is mandatory
• SAP Business Objects reporting is an advantage
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams
• Work autonomously
• Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines
• Good command of the English language (minimum C1)
