Job Title: Onsite IT Support – Smartphone Replacement Project
Location: Onsite in Zwijnaarde (argenx HQ)
Duration: September to end of November (3 months)

About the Role
argenx is looking for an Onsite IT support resource to assist with a smartphone replacement project. The selected candidate will work onsite to coordinate appointments with end-users, replace their current iPhones, and ensure proper configuration of the new devices.
Responsibilities
Schedule and manage appointments with internal end-users
Replace old iPhones with new models
Perform initial setup and configuration (email, apps, settings, etc.)
Provide basic guidance and support to users during the replacement
Maintain accurate records of device replacements and progress
Profile
Interest in IT support or first experience in a similar role
Comfortable with iPhone usage and mobile configuration
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Well-organized, punctual, and reliable
Available full-time onsite during the specified period
