Job overview
Assist the migration manager in the migration of several hundred Terabytes of data from the legacy fileshare solution to SharePoint Online
Focus on being the "application detective":
Determine which non-personal accounts are being used to still access fileshares
Determine which applications relate to these non-personal accounts
Determine which servers relate to these applications
Determine if these servers have anti-virus software running
Document the evidence of application usage and underlying information in a structured manner
Present the evidence to senior management to provide a full and complete status overview
Escalate to the migration manager any issues that threaten meeting the milestones and require intervention
Hierarchically reports into the IT Area Lead for M365
Functionally reports into the Lead Engineer for Collaboration and Data.
