Task Description:
Within the I-ICT.414 office, the role of the APEX Developer (m/f) involves responsibility for project execution in the areas of Heritage and Occupational Health & Safety.
These projects include developing IT applications for inventory and maintenance management of heritage assets and applications related to the safety and well-being of our field staff.
The APEX Developer will also work with their team on corrective support for delivered IT solutions, as well as preventive and adaptive support. The tasks assigned to the APEX Developer include:

Task Description:
Within the I-ICT.414 office, the role of the APEX Developer (m/f) involves responsibility for project execution in the areas of Heritage and Occupational Health & Safety.

The APEX Developer will also work with their team on corrective support for delivered IT solutions, as well as preventive and adaptive support. The tasks assigned to the APEX Developer include:
- Being part of a project team managed by a project manager who defines the planning, assigns tasks, and monitors progress.
- Collaborating on functional and technical analyses with key users, analysts, and colleagues.
- Developing IT applications based on functional and technical specifications written by analysts, adhering to the development standards imposed by the company.
- Conducting tests after developing IT applications to transition from the test environment to production, ensuring developments meet required quality standards.
- Securing data within the data model and managing access to applications through the access management module.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of applications through vigilance and resolving third-line incidents in a technically evolving landscape.
- Reporting to the project manager, incident manager, and release manager weekly regarding ongoing, closed, and assigned tickets, as well as planned and completed releases.
- Documenting developments (e.g., user manuals, technical implementations, support guides, etc.) and keeping these documents up to date. Sharing knowledge with colleagues.
(M) = Mandatory
The person must have the following technical skills:
- (M) At least 8 years of experience in developing applications with Oracle APEX.
- (M) Experience in developing applications with Designer/Forms & Reports.
- (M) Experience in developing Oracle APEX applications, particularly in versions 19 and 20 in recent years.
- (M) Experience with Oracle application servers (IAS).
- (M) Experience with SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and data modeler.
- (M) Experience with Oracle Database Administration.
- (M) Experience with migrating Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX.
- (M) Experience with Agile - SCRUM/KANBAN methodology.
- (M) Experience with PowerShell.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Windows 10, ODBC/JDBC, Edge, Google Chrome, etc.
- Experience in optimizing databases, scripts, procedures, queries, and data models.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
