Remote Policy: 3 days onsite - 2 days remote
Dutch + English (French is a plus)
Location: Brussels
The management of Change Lead ensures the successful adoption and sustained use of the new AM solutions and associated business processes
This role focuses on the people side of change -Preparing, supporting, and enabling individuals and teams to transition to new ways of working
Change strategy and planning:
- Develop and implement a change management strategy and plan aligned with Program milestones
- Assess organizational readiness, change capacity and impact across functions and roles
- Define key stakeholders groups and tailor engagement strategies for each
Stakeholder engagement & communication
- Identify change sponsors and champions; coach them in their roles
- Develop clear communication plans and materials to articulate the vision, benefits and impact of the AM transformation
- Facilitate feedback loops between users, leadership and the program team
Transversal roles
- Training & capability buidling
- Define trainings need by role and design training plans and materials
- Coordinate delivery of training sessions, e-learning and user support materials
Adoption & reinforcement
- Establish metrics to track adoption, proficiency and business benefit realization
- reinforcement mechanisms - Recognition, coaching, performance management
- Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
