For our customer Fedasil, We are looking for a Sharepoint Architect.
Fedasil, the Federal Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers, is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft SharePoint Architect. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong passion for Microsoft infrastructure and tools, a collaborative working style, and significant experience in implementing SharePoint- and Teams-based intranet solutions. The successful candidate will play a central role in defining, developing, and maintaining the organization's SharePoint architecture while ensuring compliance, security, and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and Designing SharePoint Architecture:
- Establish a robust and scalable Microsoft SharePoint architecture tailored to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with project managers to define governance frameworks for SharePoint and Teams implementations.
- Configuration and Deployment of M365 Solutions:
- Configure M365 environments and solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
- Customize configurations to align with organizational requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Enhancing Security and Compliance:
- Strengthen the security of M365 solutions by implementing best practices and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and update security protocols as needed.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide technical support and comprehensive training to SharePoint and Teams users.
- Address user concerns and ensure the efficient use of implemented solutions.
- Architectural and Technical Guidance:
- Offer architectural and technical advice to development and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Optimization of Development Processes:
- Improve development and publication workflows for better efficiency and output.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in deployment and management practices.
- Intranet Project Support:
- Develop solutions and provide strategic guidance to support the creation of a new intranet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Knowledge Transfer and Documentation:
- Document the reference architecture in detail to ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with ICT/Infrastructure staff to empower them to independently manage the implemented architecture.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least seven years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint architecture and development.
- Demonstrable expertise in SharePoint administration.
- A minimum of three years of experience implementing SharePoint intranets in large organizations (over 1000 employees).
- Successful intranet implementation in at least three different organizations.
- At least one year of experience in the public sector.
- *Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of M365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
- Proficiency in M365 management tools, such as Azure, Entra ID, and other M365 portals.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Certifications:
- Certification in SharePoint Online administration is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in M365 technologies are a significant advantage.
- Language Proficiency:
- C2-level proficiency in French and/or Dutch is required.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in M365 technologies, such as Azure, Exchange/O365, and Teams.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
