ITIL Process Expert

For our client located in Merksem (Antwerp), Fujitsu is looking for a ITIL Process Expert:

Duration: 6 months
Language requirements: English full professional (Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese,.. are a plus)




As an ITIL Process Expert, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our client's ”IT process / IT General Controls” roadmap. 

Main responsibilities but not limited to:

• Implementing and documenting ITIL v4 processes based on client’s need/priorities in collaboration with the process owner:
  • Change Management
  • Release Management
  • Test Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Services Request Management
  • Problem Management
  • Service Catalogue Management
  • Service Level Management
  • Service Continuity Management
  • Asset Management
  • Availability & Performance Management
• Training of internal team on designed IT processes
• Leading the implementation of the agreed processes in the internal platform ManageEgine

  Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or equivalent experience
• ITIL v4  Expert Certification Managing Professional (Master is a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience implementing ITIL processes
• At least 2 years of experience implementing ITIL V4
• You have strong analytical skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Process design and implementation experience
• Knowledge of BPMN process documentation is a must
• Experience in project management
• Experience with Process Modeling Solutions MS Visio  (Adonis is a plus)
• Experience implementing processes in ManageEngine is a plus
• Comfortable working without routine supervision
