Fujitsu is currently looking for a CyberSOC Program Manager for a client in the railway sector, INFRABEL

Location: 1000 Brussels 
Start Date: June 1, 2024
End Date: May 31, 2029
Contract Type: Time & Material
Work Regimen: Full-time, with on-call duty availability
Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity project management
Languages:  Native Dutch or French with a good command of English is desirable.

Position Overview:
As the CyberSOC Program Manager at Infrabel, you are the driving force behind the management and governance of our CyberSOC project. You play a pivotal role in ensuring the security of our infrastructure and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and our service provider. Your expertise in cybersecurity, project management, and railway technologies will enable you to lead our project to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of project progress, identify potential risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
  • Work independently with a high degree of self-supervision within the expectations and guidelines of the project.
  • Oversee and report on the progress of deliverables and related tasks, project timelines in comparison to the project plan.
  • Assess any requests for changes to the project plan and determine, with the support of the Executive Officer, the adjustments to be made to the project.
  • Record agreed-upon changes in project scope within the appropriate project control documentation.
  • Escalate issues to the Executive Officer when they cannot be resolved within the project framework.
  • Prepare and communicate a detailed report on the project's performance in relation to key schedule and resource metrics, attaching this report to the appropriate project control documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and adherence to the project plan.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about the impact of project developments.
