In this role, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we connect with our customers. You’ll listen, analyze, and innovate to deliver insights and solutions that leave a lasting impression.
What You'll Do
  • Deep dive into customer behavior to uncover insights and pinpoint opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Lead initiatives to elevate digital experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every step of the way.
  • Design and implement customer research projects, from surveys to interviews and usability tests, capturing the voice of the customer.
  • Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across borders, bringing an international perspective to every project.
  • Driving customer-centric changes across the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CX to continuously enhance our approach.

What You’ll Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CX, consulting, or a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and foster positive relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
