Tribe Overview: The Invest & Financial Insurances Tribe spearheads the provision of investment products distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis. With a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions for the bank's clients, this tribe is instrumental in ensuring seamless financial services in the investment domain.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a comprehensive understanding of Retail, Private Banking, Securities Handling, and the regulatory landscape within the Invest domain (including MIFID, ESG, SRD, PRIIPS, etc.). The chosen candidate will contribute to the development of new Investment Services while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and collaborate with the product owner and the Squad contracting & pricing.
  • Perform impact analysis, detail business, regulatory, legal, process requirements.
  • Refine solutions together with the Product Owner and estimate their costs.
  • Ensure all necessary information is available for the development teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Regularly report on status at different levels in the Tribe.
  • Lead change activities (launch, go-to-market, IT release).
  • Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, and Compliance).

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch & French: Strong written and spoken communication skills in one language with a good understanding of the other.
  • English: Main language spoken in the team. Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Business Sciences or equivalent business experience.

Certification:

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended).

Travel: Required

Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience covering regulatory topics.

Technical Experience (mandatory):

  • Knowledge of Invest regulation.
  • Experience with (agile) project management.
  • Experience in business analysis and conversion of ideation into features.

Technical Experience (preferable):

  • Certification in Agile methodologies.

Business Experience (mandatory):

  • Experience in leading workshops.
  • Experience in Investments (contracting, advice cycle).
  • Experience in Retail and Private Banking.

Business Experience (preferable):

  • Certification in Agile methodologies.
