We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our customers in the financial industry. In particular, the initial assignment will require to
• Perform an “As Is” analysis, identify the key gaps to enhance the customer application and define the key milestones to ensure a proper evolution of the platform in line with the Bank strategy,
• Define and document business cases, prepare business requirements for future IT projects,
• Provide systematic assistance to the team for the related business needs, test cases documentation preparation and test execution and ensure close and good cooperation with IT teams,
• Supervise and contribute to the update of End-User and procedure manuals,
• Ensure close cooperation with End-Users, Business Analysts and IT colleagues to work as much as possible in agile mode,
• Advice business teams on application usage and structuration, in order to preserve optimal data quality,
• Ensure close cooperation with Data Governance officers to improve reporting processes in line with best bank practices.
The candidates must have
• Experience in business analysis for IT projects in banks,
• Experience in review of business processes (as-is) and design of new business processes (to be),
• Experience in the testing of IT applications in the financial field,
• Writing user manuals,
• Experience as business analyst in the context of IT migration projects (from old to new systems)
or integration projects
• Experience in Data quality related activities
• Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MSProject), Jira, Sharepoint
• English writing skills (C1 European Level)
The job is based in Luxembourg.
