Business Analyst - Chatbots - The tribe ‘Customer servicing and Efficiency’ plays a key role in the development and delivery of innovative solutions to support BNP Paribas Fortis in its strategic ambitions related to accessibility, efficient and qualitative customer servicing. Chatbots are considered a key enabler to increase the customer satisfaction & -convenience and the efficiency of the Bank. They are flagged as 'key deliveries' in the 2025 ambition. We search an experienced Business analyst with a knowledge in Chatbots and virtual assistants, strong analysis and coordination skills. | ||||
