Context	Cash Management Competence Center - works on BNPP group level and is responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise of BNP Paribas globally. Our team (Fintech Lab) is closely following innovative solutions based on new technologies, and related to the cash management products and services (payables and receivables, cash pooling, cash forecasting, etc.). Our responsibilities covers the following aspects: Identify new ideas and new technologies that might have an impact on treasurer’s life and the future of the cash management services Define and mobilize the means internally and across entities (IT Group, Legal, CIB) to have these ideas transformed into projects, be it with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate the “demand to delivery process” based on the business value management
Function Description	Business Analyst (segment 40 – BA2) will have to cover the following tasks: Work on the BNP Paribas business strategy around digital currency initiatives, taking place at client’s level or industry level (tokenised deposits initiatives, Agora initiative, Partior initiative, RLN initiative, etc.) Participate to the different working groups to work on commercial use cases Analyse the competing industry initiatives and associated documentation Principal responsibilities: Drive the BNP Paribas blueprint on digital currencies, with a specific focus on the payment side, with the help of business and technical experts of the bank Drive the developments of a tokenized deposit offering, together with our IT Group Blockchain lead – covering all functional aspects of the offering and helping the cash management business line in the various BNP Paribas workstreams Participate, when appropriate; to industry initiatives selected by BNP Paribas Behavioural skills: See the soft skills section

Education	Bachelor or master degree at least 5 years of relevant experience in blockchain based projects in the payment industry
Languages Requirement	French	Good written and oral
	Dutch	Is a plus
	English	Excellent written and oral

Required knowledge / Experience
Experience	Min 5 years
Technical Experience	Mandatory	Proven knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology Proven skills as a business analyst & experience to function in project driven environments.
	Preferable	ERP and TMS management
Business Experience	Mandatory	Strong experience in blockchain based projects, and in particular payment related projects Banking experience, Payments management experience, Corporate Treasury experience
	Preferable	Finance at large and corporate clients experience
