Job overview
Job requirements
- Assist the existing print service engineer in migration activities, primarily:
- Migration of the Print MFP's from the internal network to Internet
- Migration of the Print servers from dedicated hosting to ING's Private Cloud
- Assist in implementation of certificate enrolment tooling
- Assist in onboarding countries to the global print backbone.
- Ensure that migrations are completed on time, especially ensuring that critical milestones are met
- Together with the PowerBI team, assist in creating dashboard and reports that allow senior management to be aware of progress on an ongoing basis
- Escalate to management (Lead Engineer, IT Area Lead and/or Program Management) any issues that
- Hierarchically reports into the IT Area Lead for Modern Management
- Functionally reports into the Lead Engineer for Hardware & Print
Job requirements
- The engineer has knowledge and practical experience in IT (>Syear) with trouble shooting within complex infrastructure (like data centres servers, enterprise networks, understanding of FW rules, certificates)
- Working within international teams, with different cultures and backgrounds and act as an integrator between all the involved groups.
- Testing; creating test plans and execute them.
- Translate objectives in to plans/ tasks
- Working within a secure and risk averse infra structure
- Reading and updating documentation
