YOUNG CHRLYS TELL THEIR STORY
My name is Arthur Magnus, I’m 25 years old and I’m from Brussels, Belgium. I joined Fujitsu in the Young Graduate Program in September 2021.
As I joined Fujitsu in the middle of a worldwide pandemic the first thing that comes to my mind is the ability to work from home. Fujitsu values the well-being of their employees. Giving us the ability to work from home shows they trust us and help us get a better work-life balance, which contributes greatly to our well-being.
Being in a global company I also enjoy working with and talking to colleagues from all over the globe! It’s really inspiring to see what we can achieve by all working together!
Working at Fujitsu also gives you the feeling to be part of something bigger, we’re all moving forward to a more sustainable world. That’s the main reason I joined Fujitsu in the first place!
My name is Elena Vizcayno and I’m a 27 years old Spanish living in Brussels! I joined the Graduate scheme in September 2021 as a Project Manager, and I currently work in several projects within the different Micro-Enterprises as well as an internal one.
After finishing my master, I wanted to work for an internationally known company with a Graduate scheme because I thought that it would be a great way to get my career started. Even though Fujitsu is not the only company that offers this kind of schemes, I wanted to be part of the amazing transformation the world is experiencing, with technology as a driver of these changes, and in Fujitsu these aims could become true.
It also has a great company culture, putting the customer in the center of everything and driving its core activities with values I identify with, such as empathy and trust.
My name is Melanie Wennberg, I am 25 years old. I am originally from Rotterdam, the Netherlands but moved to Brussels almost 7 years ago now.
In University I studied Art and Archaeology and afterwards Politics, and I wanted a completely new challenge, and this I found in Fujitsu.
During my search I mostly looked at international compagnies that offered a kind of traineeship or graduate program, and for me Fujitsu’s international one spoke to me the most.
In this short period that I have worked at Fujitsu I already got so many opportunities and responsibilities.
I feel like I really have ownership of my own career and get the chance to explore what fits me best.
